WHOLE CHILD NUTRITION CARE

Support that helps your family move forward.

When you’ve been trying to figure out your child’s nutrition, feeding, growth, allergies, or health concerns — and you’re still not where you want to be — you don’t need another thing to try on your own.

You need someone who can walk alongside you.

Whole Child Nutrition Care is a 3-month partnership designed to help you make meaningful changes through connection, consistency, accountability, and support between appointments.

Because change is possible when you don’t have to do it alone.

Change does’t happen overnight. It happens together.

Meaningful change rarely comes from one appointment, one perfect meal plan, or one more piece of nutrition advice.
It happens through small changes that are practiced, supported, and built upon over time.
We start with what matters most right now. Then we choose one place to begin.
You try it.
We see what works.
We work through what doesn’t.
Then we build on it.
Over time, those small changes create momentum — and that momentum makes bigger changes possible.
You don’t have to figure it out alone.
You have someone to turn to when you’re unsure, someone to help you make sense of conflicting information, someone to help troubleshoot when real life gets in the way, and someone who keeps you moving forward when progress feels slow.
Consistency + connection + accountability create the space for change to happen.

Because real life happens between appointments.

Questions come up after you leave the office.
Your child refuses the food they ate yesterday.
A new symptom appears.
School starts.
Therapy changes.
Labs come back.
Something that seemed simple suddenly isn’t.

This is where having someone alongside you makes a difference.
Instead of waiting weeks to figure out what to do next, you have support while you’re actually living through the situation.

OUR APPROACH

We look at the whole child – because the solution has to fit the whole family.

As a Certified Integrative Pediatric Dietitian, Kristen looks at the whole child — medical history, growth and development, feeding skills, GI health, sensory processing, lifestyle and routines, family dynamics, sleep and stress, and your family’s own goals and values.

Every recommendation has to fit into your real life.

Our approach is evidence-based, compassionate, and personalized.

Nutrition recommendations are easy to find.
Personalized nutrition care is not.

There is no shortage of nutrition information out there. What’s often missing is knowing what actually applies to your child and your family—and how to make it work in real life.

Whole Child Nutrition Care gives us the time and space to do that together. Over three months, we’ll look at the bigger picture, create a personalized roadmap, and work together to put it into practice. Because nutrition is nuanced, your child’s needs may change, new challenges may come up, and sometimes the plan needs to shift or we need to get creative.

This isn’t about handing you a list of recommendations and sending you on your way. It’s about having someone who knows your child, understands your family, and can help you navigate the next step with you.

Through ongoing visits, personalized resources, between-visit support, and collaboration across your child’s care team, we can adjust as we go—building knowledge, confidence, and strategies that are realistic for your family and sustainable over time.

You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. We’re here to help you make sense of the information, find what works for your family, and keep moving forward.

*If using health insurance for either plan, sessions are billed to your insurance, and you are responsible for fees not covered by your plan such as deductibles, copays or coinsurance. If you opt for the Whole Child Care Program, you are also responsible for the additional fees (e.g., $1,500) for the non-covered services outside of sessions which cannot be billed to insurance.

THIS IS WHAT PROGRESS CAN LOOK LIKE

“I’m so happy to be able to enjoy mealtime again. Working with Kristen is easy and judgement-free.”

Kristen has completely changed how my son and our family view and approach mealtime. My son has gone from underweight to a healthy weight and our mealtime anxiety/pressure is gone. I’m so happy to be able to enjoy mealtime again. Working with Kristen is easy and judgement-free. She is always accessible, which has been an amazing plus for me. I’m able to message her about specific situations in between sessions which is incredibly helpful. I am also always impressed with the wealth of knowledge Kristen has about pediatric nutrition, I’ve learned so much from her and continue to learn. I would highly recommend Kristen to anyone struggling with pediatric nutrition.
