Kristen Smaldone
Founder, lead registered dietitian
As both a full-time mom and a full-time dietitian, trust me when I say – I get it! I’ve been in the trenches, from feeding challenges with two young boys to the fatigue of planning daily meals…while working and doing all the mom things. Feeding kids isn’t easy and there are daily struggles that come along with it no matter what age they are. The recommendations we get – from pediatricians to the media – aren’t always clear cut especially when we try to put it into practice. Feeding your child shouldn’t be an added stressor in your life, and it’s why I’m here to help.
With an extensive clinical background of over 10 years and battle-tested personal experience, we’ll work with where your child is at so we can adapt and personalize what works best for them. Let’s make feeding your child simple and nutritious – we’ll work together to lay the foundation for their healthiest start. You will gain the confidence, tools, and knowledge to conquer these years so you can enjoy mealtimes with your family the way you’re meant to.
